RULES

For those who are new to competition or have never competed in Kansas City Barbeque Society sanctioned competitions this event will be conducted in accordance with the 2007 Rules and Regulations as set forth by the KCBS with the exception of Rule #5.

Teams will be allowed to prepare their entries using wood, wood pellets, charcoal, gas, electric or whatever process they choose.
