All of our barbecue is slow cooked over low heat until it melts in your mouth. We learned this technique from some of the best Pitmasters in the south and have perfected it over the years. The heat for cooking is provided by an indirect fire of seasoned hardwood so the flame never gets to the meat. The combination of secret spices and the savory hardwood taste combines for a taste that will tantalize your culinary senses.

Rolling Smoke Barbecue is located in the Dayton Ohio area. Our normal service area includes the western half of Ohio, eastern Indiana and northern Kentucky. We are a member of the Fairborn Area Chamber of Commerce, the Kansas City Barbecue Society and various other organizations within the community.

In addition to serving up delicious barbecue, we also compete in KCBS sanctioned events and are proud to have two Certified Barbecue Judges on our staff.
